An original 1920s Spanish Ranch. A complete fixer. A property whose value began with what could not be replaced.
Set across more than 18,000 square feet, the property centered on an original three-bedroom, two-bath Spanish Ranch residence, accompanied by a fully independent two-bedroom, one-bath home.
The estate continued with a pool and pool house, detached garage and workshop, expansive grounds, and a driveway extending through to the rear alley. The home needed a complete restoration, but its condition was only one part of the story.
Original arches, brickwork, mature landscaping and period details gave the property something increasingly difficult to manufacture: authenticity.

A complete fixer can easily be reduced to repair costs, land value and a list of everything that needs attention. That was not the story here.
The marketing was built around the property's character, scale and restoration potential. The original architecture, mature grounds, second residence and unusual lot configuration became the hierarchy.
The weathered materials and untouched spaces were not hidden. They became part of the visual story—evidence of a property with history and an invitation to imagine what thoughtful restoration could become.
The positioning became three words: Restore the Romance.
